Description

Crusoe is hiring a Manager of Modular Building Programs to lead project management across its Spark Modular Data Center and Power Distribution Center building portfolio. The role owns portfolio schedules, delivery commitments, customer escalations, production planning, engineering changes, risk and cost accountability, process standardization, executive reporting, and PMO governance. It requires an experienced people leader with construction, engineering, or manufacturing experience, at least 8 years managing projects in relevant industries, 3+ years leading project managers, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position is full-time and offers compensation of up to $160,000-$180,000 plus bonus, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management; closely related fields considered
Required Previous Experiences: Experience delivering multi-disciplinary products, including electrical, HVAC, structural, and enclosure or building envelope systems
At least 8 years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing, including ETO or highly engineered production
At least 3 years directly leading project managers or equivalent technical staff
Ownership of a multi-project manufacturing or construction portfolio with accountability for on-time delivery and margin performance
Experience leading dynamic change management across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement
Preferred Qualifications: Modular building manufacturing or data center construction experience
Experience managing change on first-of-a-kind manufacturing programs or highly complex projects
Experience scaling a modular or prefabricated product line through rapid volume growth
Background spanning both field construction and factory manufacturing
Familiarity with industrialized building regulatory programs and third-party inspection regimes
Experience implementing PMO standards, SOPs, or stage-gate governance in a manufacturing organization
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
Experience with Acumatica
