Description
The Manager of Performance Engineering is responsible for overseeing and managing all Performance Engineers at Kalitta Air. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Operations (DO), Director of Performance Engineering (DPE), and other departments to ensure safe, efficient, and policy-compliant departmental operations. The manager will assist in daily operations, supervise engineers, act as a liaison with external partners, coordinate best practices, brief senior management, and address operational issues with corrective actions.
