Description
The Manager of Performance Medicine will lead the development and delivery of integrated medical and performance therapy services for elite track and field athletes. The role oversees athlete health, injury prevention, diagnostics, rehabilitation, return-to-play, performance testing, recovery, and multidisciplinary care; manages medical governance, staff and external contractors, quality assurance, and anti-doping compliance; and drives program growth and capacity building. It requires 12–15 years of relevant professional experience, including 4–7 years in a similar role, with a preferred licensed sports medicine doctor and experience in elite sport, national teams, or professional organizations. The position may require evening or weekend hours and travel for training camps and competitions.
