Description
The Manager of Planning leads demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, warehouse material planning, Integrated Business Planning, and working-capital optimization across product categories, locations, and planning groups. The role manages planning systems, analytics, KPIs, parameters, and cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Operations, Sales, and Finance, while supervising planning staff. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive supply-chain planning experience including three years leading a team or planning function, IBP or S&OP experience, and ERP proficiency.
