Description
Crusoe is hiring a Manager of Power Distribution Programs to lead project management across its low-voltage switchboard, medium-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage PDC, and skid-integration portfolio. The role owns portfolio delivery performance and margins, develops and mentors project managers, manages customer escalations and change recovery, plans capacity and production, governs submittals and schedule quality, and owns the executive dashboard. Candidates need at least 8 years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing, 3+ years leading project managers or technical professionals, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers up to $140,000-$160,000 plus bonus and equity.
