Description
Crusoe is hiring a Manager of Process Engineering to lead a team responsible for converting engineered-to-order product design data into production-ready manufacturing data for power distribution equipment and data center products. The role owns build readiness and Clear to Build milestones, Manufacturing Bills of Materials, PLM system implementation, documentation review, manufacturing processes, and coordination with purchasing, production, inventory, project management, and suppliers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, at least seven years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, and at least two years of direct people management experience. The position offers compensation of up to $160,000-$180,000 plus bonus and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
