Optro is hiring a Manager of Product Solutions, EMEA in London, United Kingdom, for a hybrid role requiring at least one day in the office per week. The role combines product expertise with client-facing business development, including C-level prospect engagement, tailored product demonstrations, executive presentations, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with business development, implementation, and engineering. Candidates should have 4–9 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls; enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, and senior leadership communication are preferred or required. Sales experience is not required.
