Magna Powertrain is hiring a Manager, Program Management to provide strategic and technical leadership over the Program Management function and oversee customer programs across the product lifecycle. The role leads Program Managers, manages program execution, launches, budgets, risks, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing program management capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, program management, or a related field, 8–10 years of progressive automotive program management or related technical leadership experience, and 3–5 years managing Program Managers or cross-functional teams.
