Description
Hebrew Union College is hiring a Manager of Programs and Engagement to lead volunteer leadership engagement initiatives, develop engagement strategies, recruit and steward volunteer leaders and institutional ambassadors, plan and execute meetings and events, coordinate logistics and budgets, track engagement metrics in Raiser's Edge, and support fundraising and advancement projects. The role reports to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations and Communications and requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or higher education experience, strong relationship-building and project-management skills, and experience with boards, volunteer leaders, donors, and complex events. The position offers a hybrid work environment, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a salary of 80,000-90,000.
