Description
The Advanced Quality Engineer will define, track, monitor, and report OSAT partner quality metrics; manage customer expectations and audits; lead 8D root-cause and corrective/preventive actions; support new supplier, product, process, and material qualification; manage wafer-related quality issues; and drive continuous improvement toward zero defects. The role requires engineering or quality training, at least eight years of hands-on experience across subcons, design houses, and IDMs, and expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, OCAP, 8D, CIP, MSA, and SPC, along with bilingual English fluency.
