Zema Global is hiring a full-time, permanent Manager, Quantitative Development to lead a small team of quantitative developers while remaining an active developer. The role owns a portfolio of quantitative models for energy analytics, manages delivery and technical standards, develops production code, validates model results, and partners with product, engineering, and client-facing teams. Candidates need an M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline, 6–8 years of experience building quantitative models in R or Python, and experience leading technical teams or projects.
