The role oversees study design, data quality, project management, talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and the translation of scientific insights into footwear and apparel innovations. It requires a Ph.D. or equivalent background, at least three years of relevant experience, and five or more years of scientific methodology and project management experience. The position is based in Seattle, with four days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $134,295 to $214,894 per year.
