The role oversees project scoping, execution, delivery, client expectations, quality standards, team processes, escalations, and customer satisfaction. It requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years leading technical or consulting teams, with a starting salary of 5,000+ USD per month, full-time Monday-to-Friday EST business hours, 10 working days of paid time off, and 100% remote work for an independent contractor.
