Description
The Manager of Salesforce Implementation will lead a cross-functional team of Salesforce consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists for a marketing and technology agency. The role oversees project scoping, execution, delivery, client expectations, quality standards, team processes, escalations, and customer satisfaction. It requires at least seven years of Salesforce experience and five years leading technical or consulting teams, with a starting salary of 5,000+ USD per month, full-time Monday-to-Friday EST business hours, 10 working days of paid time off, and 100% remote work. The position is an independent contractor role open only to candidates residing in Latin American countries.
