The Manager of Salesforce Implementation will lead a cross-functional Salesforce implementation team across multiple locations, overseeing consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. The role manages project scoping, execution, delivery, escalations, budgets, communication, team culture, and customer satisfaction. It requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years leading technical or consulting teams, with a starting salary of 5,000+ USD per month, full-time Monday-to-Friday EST business hours, 10 working days of paid time off, and 100% remote work. The position is an independent contractor role open only to candidates residing in Latin American countries.
