AHEAD is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the software engineering team behind the Hatch and Unity platforms. The role owns team health, growth, delivery, hiring, career development, technical direction, architectural decisions, AI-assisted workflows, and collaboration with product, business, operations, and customer success stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of software development experience, including two years in management or team leadership, along with experience building web applications, modern development practices, and hiring and retaining engineering talent.
