JPMorganChase is hiring a Manager of Software Engineering in Enterprise Technology to lead multiple software engineering teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities. The role provides guidance and expectations for team output, collaboration, AI-assisted engineering practices, SDLC/TLM automation, stakeholder relationships, compliance, service-level agreements, and business requirements. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, coaching and mentoring experience, technology leadership in Big Data and event-driven architecture, hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, AWS, and Java, responsible AI adoption, full SDLC knowledge, agile and cloud-native expertise, and financial-services IT knowledge.
