Description
JPMorganChase is hiring a Manager of Software Engineering in Enterprise Technology to lead multiple software engineering teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities. The role guides engineers, sets team expectations, promotes enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and SDLC/TLM automation, manages dependencies and stakeholder relationships, and ensures compliance with business requirements and service-level agreements. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, coaching and mentoring experience, technology leadership in Big Data and event-driven architecture, hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, AWS, and Java, and experience managing technologists. The role also requires knowledge of responsible AI, the software development lifecycle, agile practices, financial-services IT systems, and cloud-native technologies.
