Grafana Labs is hiring a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region to lead and grow a team of presales solution engineers, own regional execution with sales leadership, support customer adoption after the sale, and partner with marketing, product management, and engineering to drive product adoption and regional revenue targets. The role is remote-first, based in Sweden, and involves mentoring, team building, technical presales leadership, customer engagement, and channel partner enablement in the monitoring and observability space.
