OES is hiring a Manager of Student Operations in Birmingham to lead the student operations function across Student Administration, Student Support, and Student Funding. The role manages the student lifecycle, service delivery, compliance, retention, financial governance, operational performance, budgeting, and operational readiness for new university partners, while leading and developing a high-performing team. It requires an experienced operations leader with a track record in student services, academic administration, or a related operational function, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, and commercial skills.
