Description
Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time Manager of Supervision to provide student supervision for candidates preparing for the BCBA exam, lead group supervision, adapt supervision sequences to BACB requirements, support trainee development across locations, maintain a caseload or provide consult coverage, and stay current with behavior-analytic research. The role reports to the Director of Supervision and may be performed onsite at a local center. Candidates need at least five years of BCBA experience, current certification and licensure where services are provided, and willingness to obtain licensure in other states. The position offers a $90,000-$100,000 salary and comprehensive benefits.
