Description
The Technical Services Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a Technical Services department, supervising and developing technical personnel while overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, calibration, hardware and software upgrades, workflow, staffing, quality compliance, investigations, training, and customer service. The role requires a technical degree or higher-level education in electronics or a related field, at least seven years of increasing responsibility in medical device or related healthcare service, and considerable supervisory technical service experience; six or more years of Erbe-specific experience is strongly preferred. The position also requires strong communication, analytical, time-management, computer, and service-management skills.
