Description
Nourishing Hope is hiring a Manager of Volunteer Engagement to lead and expand its volunteer program across Chicago. The role oversees recruiting, scheduling, training, recognition, volunteer coordination, volunteer Engagement Coordinators, the volunteer department budget, Salesforce reporting, and community and corporate volunteer groups. It is based at the organization’s headquarters and split among four sites, with a Monday–Friday core schedule, one weekly evening shift, and occasional Saturday shifts. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of volunteer-program experience including staff management and coaching, and offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
