Description
The Manager on Duty oversees daily operations and staff at Sofive Soccer Centers when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role plans and schedules soccer programs, handles customer inquiries and complaints, ensures compliance with company policies, monitors inventory, supports staff, coordinates departments, and maintains safety procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-focused experience, communication and leadership skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, multitasking and decision-making ability, basic computer knowledge, and organizational skills. The stated pay range is $20.
