Continental is hiring a Manager Operation Digitalization for its BA SSL central team in Changzhou, China. The role leads digital transformation strategies and roadmaps for manufacturing operations and supply chain processes, coordinates digital realization projects, integrates Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning, analyzes operational data, manages change and performance indicators, and reports progress to senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of operations, production, automation, or engineering experience including two years focused on digital or automation projects, and experience with ERP, MES, SAP, and related digital tools.
