The role oversees quality management systems, audits, corrective actions, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, defect reduction, quality metrics, productivity, automation, process standardization, and value-stream improvement. Candidates need at least five years of experience in quality, manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, or operational excellence, plus three years of people management experience, along with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
