Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
Required Previous Experiences: 5 to 10 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or strategic analysis within financial institutions
Preferred Qualifications: Management consulting, process re-engineering, or AI automation background
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Familiarity with enterprise AI tools, GenAI, and Google Apps Script
Process mapping, root-cause analysis, and executive presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Conflict management and stakeholder coaching
