Pepper Money is hiring a Manager, Operational Risk to provide second-line oversight, challenge and guidance across the business in a financial services environment. The role partners with stakeholders to identify, assess and manage operational risks; facilitates risk and control self-assessments; reviews incidents and issues; supports root-cause analysis and remediation; manages project and change risks; analyses risk data; maintains GRC records; and strengthens risk culture through training and practical guidance.
