Axogen is hiring a Manager, Operational Technology & Manufacturing Systems to serve as the senior onsite IT and operational technology leader for its Vandalia, Ohio manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, the role leads OT support teams, manufacturing technology systems, vendor and implementation partners, technology planning, cybersecurity, validation, change control, compliance documentation, and technology investments. The position requires a bachelor's degree or eight years of related experience, at least seven years supporting enterprise or regulated manufacturing systems, and at least three years leading technical teams or directing technology projects in a manufacturing or regulated environment. The role offers an annual bonus and a salary range of $113,903 to $142,378 USD.
