Description
The Operations Manager plans, manages, and supervises manufacturing operations for Medical Component and Technical Textile products. The role oversees operation supervisors, engineers, and group leads; ensures scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, process improvement, budgeting, staffing, and employee development; and collaborates with operations, engineering, quality, finance, and human resources. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering, five years of experience in a similar regulated manufacturing role, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, textile equipment, ISO 13485, GMP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
