Description
The Operations Manager directs and coordinates production department activities, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, quality, equipment readiness, production data analysis, and resolution of manufacturing and quality discrepancies. The role supervises 5–15 subordinate supervisors and 1–5 non-supervisory employees, while also managing production personnel, mechanics, material handlers, and quality assurance staff. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or at least five years of related experience in an FDA-regulated medical or pharmaceutical industry is required, with equivalent education and experience accepted.
