The role focuses on process optimization, data-driven operational improvement, cross-functional collaboration, metrics ownership, staffing and technology roadmap planning, and leading a core operations team of up to 20 remote agents. Candidates should have 3–5 years of operations experience, 2–4 years of people management experience, strong project management and communication skills, and experience using AI. The target base salary is $97,000–$113,500, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
