The role manages inventory, purchase orders, delivery timeliness and cost, customer-service issues, root-cause analysis, physician and referral-source communication, training, emergency equipment problems, and scheduled patient visits. Applicants need an associate degree, five years of HME leadership experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and preferably healthcare, insurance customer-service, claims, or billing experience.
