Manager, Operations at Applied Composites (AC)

Applied Composites is hiring a Manager, Operations to lead advanced composites production operations, including lay-up, vacuum bagging, cleanroom, autoclave/oven curing, winding, machining, and assembly. The role manages a team of technicians, production schedules, safety, AS9100 quality standards, Lean Manufacturing improvements, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Supply Chain. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent experience, plus 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in aerospace manufacturing and advanced composite materials.
