Description
The Regional Surface Hub Manager will own the operational performance, throughput, productivity, safety, service quality, and compliance of surface hub operations across assigned regional hubs. The role leads inbound and outbound shipment processing, manpower planning, infrastructure and equipment readiness, damage prevention, EHS compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, while managing hub operations teams and coordinating with regional logistics, fleet, network, engineering, finance, commercial, and HR stakeholders.
