Description
The Operations Manager of Production leads manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and budgeted costs. The role supervises production leadership, manages staffing and training, drives safety and regulatory compliance, coordinates materials, maintenance, supply planning, inventory, and workforce scheduling, and leads process improvements and problem resolution. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of manufacturing leadership experience including two years in high-volume manufacturing, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle. Work is performed in a clean room and includes less than 5–20% travel.
