Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Manager for its Operations team on a project in Conesville, Ohio. The role leads on-site construction execution, coordinates project teams and trade-responsible engineers, manages project financials and subcontractors, supports scheduling and safety initiatives, reviews design documents, resolves project issues, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or at least three years of relevant construction experience, along with construction management software proficiency; relocation and general contractor on-site operations experience are preferred.
