Integer is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead multiple production supervisors and individual performers and own the manufacturing operations for assigned product lines and processes at a manufacturing site. The role is responsible for production planning, quality and safety compliance, continuous improvement, KPI management, customer and supplier coordination, new-product launch support, and operational excellence. Candidates should have at least three years of production leadership experience, familiarity with manufacturing excellence and Lean practices, and strong people-management, problem-solving, financial, and project-management skills. The salary range is $98,250 to $144,100, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption, and retirement benefits.
