Description
The Manager, Operations will oversee the daily management of the Brookshire workshop, supporting repair, overhaul, and service of turbomachinery and engines and marine systems equipment. The role manages workflow, scheduling, resources, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, workforce development, financial performance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, HSEQ, and other business functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least 10 years of relevant workshop, manufacturing, repair, overhaul, or industrial services experience.
