Metro Supply Chain is hiring a Home Delivery Operations Manager to oversee last-mile delivery operations through third-party delivery partners. The role coordinates delivery performance, monitors SOP and safety compliance, audits drivers and vehicles, manages KPIs and corrective actions, supports training and onboarding, resolves escalated customer-service issues, and drives continuous improvement. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday and requires a high school diploma or GED, prior operations-management or similar leadership experience, five years of supply-chain or similar industry experience, and effective written and oral English communication.
