Description
The Manufacturing Operations Leader is responsible for establishing direction for operational personnel in a focus factory, leading the manufacturing operations team, overseeing customer and operational strategies, managing budgets and schedules, maintaining customer relationships, and improving labor efficiency, on-time delivery, quality, and profitability. The role requires leadership, communication, organizational, computer, electronic-industry, and supervisory skills, with a preferred bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of related experience. The stated annual compensation range is $129,500.00 to $194,300.00.
