Description
Klein Tools is hiring a Manager Operations to direct and oversee multiple departments in a multishift, seven-day-per-week manufacturing environment with approximately 100 employees. The role manages an operating budget of approximately $10 million, oversees quality, fill rates, bottlenecks, asset reliability, safety, staffing, budgets, hiring, performance, and succession planning, and collaborates with Product Development and Engineering. A bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field and five years of relevant experience are required, along with at least three years in manufacturing and three years of supervisory experience; a master's degree is preferred.
