Description
The pooled Business Solution resource supports business solution delivery and ongoing system enhancements across Claims and wider Group Operations. The role performs end-to-end business analysis, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, user acceptance, project coordination, deployment, issue resolution, and transition to BAU support. It is deployed flexibly across portfolios and initiatives and requires a relevant degree, at least five years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, system implementation, testing, or production support, and strong analytical, planning, and collaboration skills.
