Description
The Manager, Operations, Corporate-Owned Centers supports the performance, consistency, and growth of European Wax Center’s corporate-owned center portfolio. The role develops operational standards and SOPs, conducts audits and safety assessments, leads operational due diligence and integration for acquisitions, supports new-center openings, builds field capability, and manages cross-functional projects and communications. It requires at least five years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or another consumer-service environment, along with strong project-management, analytical, communication, and operational leadership skills. The position offers a hybrid Monday–Thursday in-office and remote Friday arrangement, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
