Description

Hopscotch Primary Care is hiring a Manager, Operations Excellence to lead learning and development initiatives that support exceptional patient care and operational excellence. The role owns learning strategy, onboarding and training program design, instructional content, Learning Management System administration, training standardization, effectiveness measurement, organizational change support, and readiness for new clinics, acquisitions, and market expansion. The position is based around Western North Carolina with occasional travel to regional locations and requires a bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, healthcare operations, instructional design, or organizational development
Experience developing training programs and administering a Learning Management System
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare operations or value-based care experience
Multi-site organization experience
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management
