The role manages production schedules, operational meetings, performance metrics, customer and vendor requirements, safety and training compliance, employee development, hiring, performance management, production capacity optimization, and Lean, safety, and quality improvements. The position requires formal supervisory responsibilities, problem-solving, and may involve 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.
