Description
The NPI Supplier Manager supports HARMAN Lifestyle’s new-product launch by planning material readiness, tooling, factory capacity, and SOP ramp-up activities with ODM/CM and Tier 2 suppliers. The role specifies requirements, assesses mechanical design and manufacturing processes, resolves material and capacity issues, reports NPI status, and coordinates changes such as supplier transfers, component substitutions, and value-engineering modifications. It requires a BSEE or BSME, at least seven years of supply-chain or supplier-management experience, strong audio and manufacturing-process knowledge, bilingual Chinese and English ability, and willingness to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid environment.
