TerraPower Isotopes is hiring a Manager, Operations Programs to establish, lead, and continuously improve operations programs supporting safe, reliable, and high-performing operations. The role owns training, qualification, documentation, process management, performance improvement, and compliance programs; develops scalable governance and cGMP systems; hires, manages, coaches, and develops program leaders; and leads complex cross-functional initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience, including at least 8 years in nuclear or regulated radiation-protection work, with a master’s degree preferred. The Washington State salary range is $148,722 to $193,146, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
