Q2 is hiring a Manager, Operations Project Management to lead and develop project managers responsible for complex, multi-workstream operational and implementation initiatives for financial institution and fintech clients, as well as internal stakeholders. The role oversees project portfolio planning and execution, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, escalations, resource capacity, stakeholder communication, documentation standards, reporting, and continuous process improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of related project, program, or operations management experience in financial services or financial technology, and one to two years managing project professionals.
