Direct Supply is hiring a Manager, Operations – TELS Services to lead a team of Operations Specialists and Operations Partners, oversee service operations, analyze performance data, resolve operational challenges, and drive workflow and technology improvements. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and AI teams, establishes performance metrics, supports operational planning, and provides insights to senior leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree with a business focus, at least three years of experience in customer service, field service, or a similar environment, and demonstrated leadership experience.
